Well finally, after another plan change have a Foundation permit....Garage section now will be 41'x28' attached (Due to a large 8 meter setback regs for a attached buildings, that was not on my Title. Was 48'deep but ha ho). But also now will be putting another Detached building behind it (Detached regs different WHY ??) and am looking at a 16'x24' Large "Shed", well I'm calling it a shed as it wont have a normal garage door but Barn stile swing doors, but that does mean the doors will be easier to insulate up to R20....

So can use this secondary building for either my Machine tools or maybe use it for Bodywork Paint/Fibre-Glass work..... options still open at this point...
